This is Yamato's Job in the Straw Hat Pirates
Yamato is the daughter of Kaido (one of the Yonko). Expected to be Kaido's successor, Yamato will instead choose to be an admirer of Kozuki Oden (Kaido's enemy). Since Kozuki Oden died, Yamato imitated and told everyone that he was Oden. With ideological differences with Kaido, Yamato had to be locked up in the Onigashima prison.
After the war in Wano was over, it seemed that Yamato had joined the Mugiwara Crew just like Kozuki Oden did when he joined Whitebeard's crew. Fighter/Soldier
Like the rest of the Mugiwara Crew, Yamato has pretty bad strength. He even fought his own father, Kaido. Yamato can be said to have a pretty reliable fighting spirit. Kaido once said that Yamato was a pretty strong warrior. Hiken no Ace has also fought with Yamato and was able to make it happen. Meanwhile, when Luffy uses Gear 2 and Gear 3, Yamato easily blocks Luffy's power. If Yamato is on the Straw Hat Pirate Ship, then he can position himself as a fighter or warrior. It is almost similar to Zoro as a sword knight in the Straw Hat Pirates.
Journal Writer
We know that Yamato greatly admires Kozuki Oden. He thinks he is Oden. Not only that, he also admires Kozuki Oden's ideology. Even Oden's book about his journey is considered by Yamato to be like a holy book. Like Kozuki Oden, Yamato might also be in the position of Journal Writer on the Straw Hat Pirates. Plus this position deserves to be in the Straw Hat Pirates' adventure. If that can happen, then Yamato can collaborate with Nami who wants to draw all the maps in the world of One Piece.
Wano Diplomatic
Unlike his father who wanted to rule Wano, Yamato instead wanted to sail like Kozuki Oden did. Because Yamato himself is an admirer of Kozuki Oden, he aspires to continue Oden's dream of opening Wano Country. We know that, Wano is a closed country that was once ruled by the dictator Orochi. But after Kaido's defeat, Yamato wants to realize Kozuki Oden's dream. Yamato wants to open Wano, so that his country can't be opened with other countries. This dream is similar to Jinbei's, where he wants to create between fish-man and human in One Piece.
